New Canadian Tire Store in Tantallon, NS

Canadian Tire Corporation recently opened the doors of its newest store at 5152 St. Margarets Bay Road in Tantallon, Nova Scotia. The 3,457 square metre store is one of many stores built for Canadian Tire Corporation, and the first design-build model delivered, by APM.

Just over 24 months ago APM Construction Services made the strategic decision to expand on their 27 year history as a design build construction leader in Atlantic Canada and stake a presence as a national construction services provider; to begin
‘Building….across Canada’.

As the firm began its nation-wide endeavour North American economists have since shouted ‘recession’ around every turn, shaking firms and entire industries to readjust their business plans. Ask APM Construction Services, and President and Chief Executive Officer Tim Banks about the slow-down in the market place and you’ll get a knowledgeable but sly response asking; “Recession, what recession?”. Mind you, Tim is well aware of the challenges that have and continue to face corporations and industries across the country but he’s stuck to his mantra of Service, Trust, and Value to build his firm into a national construction services provider.

Over the past number of years APM has opened three new offices in addition to their Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island headquarters. APM is now on the ground and building from their offices in Charlottetown, PEI, Halifax, NS, Toronto, ON and Calgary, AB, with the objective of developing further locale in St. John’s, NL. APM Construction Services include Construction Managers, Project Managers, Engineers, General Contractors and Design Builders as the key pillars of their service lines.
