7. No metal or vinyl siding or metal roofing shall be installed on any home. Approved siding materials are painted or weathered wood shingles, clapboard or paneling, painted cement siding, "Hardiplank", stucco, or brick.

8. No fence shall be installed on any lot extending from the street to the front elevation line of the home situate on the land.

9. No gravel driveways or walkways are permitted. Driveways are to be finished in hard surface, ie. concrete, paving stone, asphalt.

10. Homes or home designs of "split-entry" type shall not be approved or permitted.
