The following Restrictive Covenants shall be registered
with title to all lots in the Brighton Commons sub-division, it
being the intent of the developer that all homes in the subdivision are
to reflect the traditional characteristics of the Old Brighton
neighbourhood.

All home plans for construction of homes prior to
June 30, 2008, shall be approved by Tim Banks or Brian Gillis or
their designates as appointed in writing. Thereafter, any new home
plans or design changes to existing plans shall be prepared and
endorsed to conform to these design covenants by a professional
architect licensed to practice architecture in Prince Edward Island.

Enforcement of these covenants shall be the
responsibility of Pan American Trust Company for the period expiring
June 30, 2007 and thereafter enforcement shall be the responsibility
of the residents of the subdivision.
